Trading HeartsRefund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to Trading Hearts memberships sold by Trading Hearts Productions LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout (currently US$6.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. PayPal charges your payment method at the start of each billing period.
How to cancel (online, any time)
- In PayPal: Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Trading Hearts → Cancel. The cancellation link in your PayPal payment receipt also takes you there.
- By email: write to support@tradinghearts.com with the subject “Cancel membership” from your account email. We will cancel for you and confirm within 2 business days.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We send a confirmation when cancellation is complete.
Refunds
Memberships give immediate access to digital content, so payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will refund:
- charges made in error, duplicate charges or billing problems;
- a charge you ask about within 14 days, if you have not substantially used member content during that period;
- any charge where applicable law requires a refund.
To request a refund, email support@tradinghearts.com from your account email with the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.
Customers in the EU/EEA and UK
If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from your membership purchase within 14 days of the initial charge for any reason. Email support@tradinghearts.com with the subject “Withdrawal” and we will refund that charge in full.
Customers in other countries
If the consumer law of your country gives you additional cancellation or refund rights (for example, statutory cooling-off periods), those rights apply and nothing in this policy limits them.
